Joined as Senior to lead the redesign of Factorial's employee mobile app, closing workflow gaps and adding manager actions and mobile-native features.

My scope expanded to shared desktop surfaces and design-system stewardship, partnering with multiple squads on cross-team initiatives. I supported junior and mid-level designers through design reviews, guidance, and team rituals.

Lead instructor for Nuclio's Product Design Bootcamp, shaping curriculum and mentoring students across research, UX methodology, interface design, design systems and Figma. Helped translate industry practice into structured learning for early-career designers.

Led the design of Prezly's product and built the Midday Design System from scratch. Among the most impactful initiatives, redesigned the Story Editor — migrating it from a legacy HTML editor to a modern WYSIWYG with auto-save, collaborative editing, responsive views and focus mode. Worked closely with founders, engineering, customer support, marketing and sales within a globally distributed team.

Owned the design process end-to-end — research, ideation, and production-ready delivery. Managed a team of three designers, reporting directly to the CTO. Designed four new enterprise applications, updated existing ones, and improved the company's branding and graphic design.

Worked in-house designing the official website of La Moncloa and the intranet for Spain's Ministry of the Presidency, presenting and validating design decisions directly with government leadership.

In a small developer-led agency with no senior design function, took early ownership of UX/UI work for high-traffic consumer websites — including Carrefour Spain's online supermarket and wine store — while also designing smaller agency projects.
